BLACK PEPPER

Brazil has established itself as one of the world’s main producers and exporters of black pepper, losing only to Vietnam and India. This market, in great expansion in the country, produces over 100,000 tons a year*, most turned to the foreign market.

Many of our green Robusta (Conilon) coffee suppliers also supply black pepper, as the region in which this type of coffee grows in Brazil (Espírito Santo) also presents favorable conditions for the cultivation of pepper.

aa4b started exporting black pepper in 2017. With the consolidation of our pepper business, we expanded our supplier portfolio to Bahia and Pará.
